To facilitate the best empathy with our friends we would kindly ask you to respect the following rules:

- Rooms are available after 4 p.m. of the day of arrival and must be checked out before 10 a.m. of the day of departure. For particular needs, please contact us in advance.

- Any booking can be cancelled 24 hours before the agreed date of arrival. On the contrary the guest is required to pay  the cost of the room booked as a compensation.
